because i have been out of town and not seen the inside of a scrapbook store in over a month the prize will be a big surprise!!!
what you have to do in order to be in the draw is to reply, telling me what you did this summer and how much of it you spent scrapping!!!
this will be open until 5:00pm on august 24th. then i will use a random number picker to choose the winner. you will only have one week to claim the prize or i will go to the next person on the list. fair enough.

Congrats on 15K! Great blog and love your creative projects. This summer I have tried to be creative at least 2 hours a day….more if I can. We moved this year and I was without…yes you heard that right without my FUN obession for about 3 months. I was having horrible withdraws. So I’m trying to makeup for it, plus trying to get everything settled in, which is hard, cuz I just want to play. (tee hee)
Thanks for a chance at your celebration mystery candy.

Hey Penny! I loooooove candy.
We spent the summer at home, going to the beach and playing in the backyard. In July I got 83 pages scrapped, so that wasn’t too bad. I think I spend a fair amount each day scrapping, 15 mins at a time.

I spent the summer in my garden and in the girls tree house fort! And then Lela came for a visit. We had a blast! I scrapped some, but mostly I re-arranged my scrappin space. And then I spent more and more time in the garden. I also shelled 36 quarts of black eyed peas (4 bushels) I didn’t scrap that. I should have!
I’m glad you are home from your summer travels. I cant wait to see all the pages you will show us!

Congrats on the blog hits. I spent most of my summer on the scs pif thread or working. Swapping images and coloring them to make cards. I’m not a scrapper, but I do have fun looking at all the LO.

Great Blog ! We haven’t gone anywhere on vacation this summer although I’d love to go up to Lake Superior. I’ve spent the summer scrapbooking and stamping and making cards for http://www.cardsforheroes.org

Congratulations on the hits! As my vacation is only in September and the weather here is not so good, I haven’t done any real summer things yet: no beach, no festival, etc. My best memory is definitely yesterday when I went to a big cardmakers event in the Netherlands. I bought some great stuff, such as a Cuttlebug. And seeing all that great stuff also gave me an extra motivation, so I already finished two cards today! Hope I can keep it like this. Greetings from Belgium, Annelies

Just stumbled onto your Blog from Stampcoast forum….I was looking for ideas and loved your first grade scrapbook. My vacation was flying to Virginia in June to be with daughters and grandchildren and celebrate the birth of a new grandson!! Yea!!Both of them are in Stampin up so I have gotten into making cards this summer more than into my scrapbooking…eek!! miss doing that though…We plan to do more scrapbooking later this month. Congratulations on your Blog Anniversary and thank you for opportunity to win blog candy…this was new to me also this summer when daughter told me she won some!!! Learn something new every day!!

I’ve spent a lot less time scrapping this summer than normal but still gotten a lot done. Summer’s been laid back for us. Going to the park and pool and just hanging out mainly. THanks for the chance at the goodies!@!!

Wow, congrats on your scrappy 15K hits.
Much appreciated.
This summer was spent working for the most part although I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and my son the ring bearer so we got a little mini vacation over to the mainland.
I actually had a great scrapping summer and got A LOT done, a lot more than I had anticipated really.
Thanks for the chance at blog candy

Hi Penny! Congrats on your super-successful blog! I haven’t done anything worth mentioning this summer. Just the normal day-to-day routine, which is anything but routine! Scrappin? What’s that?!!! Hopefully I’ll be able to get my SCS goal of 5 done this month! But I’m starting a quilt for dgs#2 and it’s going to take most of my play time!

Summer went by way too quickly, but honestly the majority of mine was spent scrapbooking. I managed to get something created almost every day…it felt great!!!

Just found your blog and have it bookmarked. Our summer has been taking day trips around our state and just enjoying things close to home. We also spent a whole week with our grandson here with us. I did make him memory scrapbook of all the things we did while he was here. I made lots of cards, small scrapbooks and gifts - it’s just enjoyable to sit and create.
