Well we had yet another set back on the purchace of a previously owned home so we gave up and decided to buy new. We went to houston for 2 days and came back to the hotel after purchasing a brand new home. We move in on Wednesday the 30th of may!!!!!
We can’t wait!!!
This house is 3360 sq feet and on 12,230 sq feet of land. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Granite counter tops, sprinkler system and way too many things to mention.
Any way here she is!!!!!

Or so they say.
We ended up pulling out of the house mentioned below cuz the buggers were giving us a runaround and trying to scam $25,000 out of us for a house that wasnt worth it. We have a new contract going on a different house that is in our opinion MUCH better and bigger (I’ll post a link later after I hear the counter offer).
The trip is over and the waiting game begins.

Happy Mothers Day to all the Mommies out there!
We had a good morning so far. Kids gave me hand made gifts that they made in school and we had timmies for breakfeast. Can’t really top that can ya? We are going out for dinner tonight and we leave for Houston tomorrow morning!!!!

The house is packed and getting taken out of the house tomorrow. I am so excited now and so are the boys. It is also the last day for me on the job. I do my last school run tomorrow afternoon. Thursday May 10th. I am looking forward to it and I am sad about it all at the same time. The kids on the bus have been good for the most part but we have had our moments…lol. Right Boys?? I know you are reading this….lol. I am not sure who I’ll miss the most….The quiet giggler from the back row in his very own seat….The Choir of “Angels” towards the back as well….the loud ones in the front….or the trouble makers….lol
Aww heck I’ll miss em” all!
Keep me posted kids, and remember to take it easy on the old guy takin my place….lmao

Well all the paper work is done and the lawyers are all taken care of. All that is left to do now is to get the money and run….lol. I am still quite uncertain of this move….excited and hyper and sick and terrified all rolled into one. I know it is the best thing for us as a family but I am also leaving my brother and his family and my home and most of all 2 of my best friends in the world. This is the part I don’t like at all. I went to Lechelles house today and both of us were choking back the tears as I walked out. I am going to Angelas house on Sunday and I am sure I wont make it out of the house then either.
Mom flew into Calgary tonight for a visit. One last get together for all of us in the same town for a while. We only have a week but that is better than not at all.
Just exhausting trying to get all the damed paperwork in our hands for the trip across the US border. I don’t think I have slept more than 2 hours a night for the last week. Right now I could go to sleep but I’ll only wake up again in an hour.
